Ecovent Heat Recovery Units

The new EcoventTM range are highly efficient heat recovery units enhancing the product portfolio of VES, the market leading heat recovery specialists. These highly adaptable units feature low energy, high efficiency fans and plate heat exchangers. The EcoventTM is designed to suit all applications, offering a wide range of models for ceiling voids, plantroom and external locations, with a variety of control options to suit whole system requirements. 

All units are designed with low Specific Fan Power to achieve L2 Building Regulations, are constructed and fully tested to BS EN 1886:2007 (mechanical performance) and DIN 45635-38 (noise performance).

The EcoventTM is a standardised range in 8 sizes, covering air flow volumes from 0.1m³/s to 2.5m³/s.  For performances up to 1.5m³/s the units are constructed using 25mm double skinned panels with acoustic mineral infill and complete with integrated EC fans and cross flow heat exchanger. For performances up to 2.5m³/s the units are constructed using 50mm double skinned panels with acoustic mineral infill and complete with integrated plug fan including inverter and cross flow heat exchanger.

Energy and costs can be saved with integrated controls, an exclusive feature of this new EcoventTM range. BlueSense packages combine intelligent technologies with energy saving products, services and engineering expertise. BlueSense packages benefit from a 5 year warranty.

VES control packages have an auto-commissioning feature to easily and quickly commission fans speed plus many energy efficient incentives, including real time energy monitoring and optimum filter change calculation, to enable the user to take full control of energy use – maximising savings without compromising comfort.

A selection of heating types are available to compliment the EcoventTM range including a variety of modulating LPHW, DX heat pump and electric heater options to suit every application.
