Purpose of role

As a Sales Support & Workflow Administrator you will be working alongside the Sales Office Manager, you will record details of incoming enquiries and orders onto the company data base system whilst maintaining accurate records of company information. You will be assisting with workflow management and planning and will be speaking with clients to obtain any further information that is required and communicate with customers via the telephone systems.

Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Enter customer account data and logging enquiries into the company CRM and Axapta systems within set time scales. Obtain further information if required.
  • Manage enquiries that are sent to the Sales Inbox, by initially vetting and distributing where applicable within the business.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Manage the workflow planning for the Internal & External Sales teams, as well as calendar management of Internal Estimating teams.
  • Answer incoming switchboard telephone calls and distribute effectively.
  • Supporting the Internal & External Sales team with Copy quote processing
  • To maintain the companies Health and Safety policy’s and ensure that all employees are aware of Health and Safety regulations.
  • To ensure as far as is reasonably practicable that VES complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate by your line manager.
