Purpose of role
To successfully build VES products to final assembly in line with pre-determined manufacturing schedules, while achieving best build quality in line with VES engineering standards and industry regulations and relevant legislative directives using standardised VES practices.

Roles and responsibilities
- Plan, design and manufacture wiring looms to suit VES products in line with VES schedules.
- Coach and develop others to work to the required engineering standards with respect building AHU’s & VES products
- Set and develop best practice build standards through training and documentation, delivering training to others.
- Produce and manage changes to build processes in line with agreed standards to suit VES products.
- Operate efficiently and safely within the manufacturing environment ensuring safe working practices in relation to product assembly and unit wiring within our factory.
- Mentor and lead a team of manufacturing operative within our manufacturing team to ensure best practice and eradicate quality issues in respect to AHU build.
- Work with all stakeholders to deliver a quality product first time on time every time.
- Maintain records of all activities to build a library of standards and feedback through our technical teams to drive continuous improvement through design and installation.
- Engage with key stakeholders to drive best practice standards (Design, Materials, process)
- Ensure that factory standards are maintained and contribute to improvements.

- Support mechanical installations as instructed by your line leader.
- Provide ongoing feedback to your peers and management team
- Prioritize safety and quality of our employees and customers.
- Attend design forums to enhance the right first time strategy and educate others.
