Purpose of role

To work closely with the HR Advisor to administrate HR and Talent activities and ensure processes are correctly followed and are accurate and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Deliver a comprehensive effective, efficient and legally compliant service for VES, which meets the needs of the organisation and achieves value for money.

£22,820 - £27,166

Description

Roles and responsibilities

·       Ensure operational HR and Talent activities and processes are correctly followed and are accurate

·       Provide and proactively offer HR and Talent analytics to both HR and Talent Management Team, making sure they are prepared, updated, and checked

·       Administrate all aspects of the employee life-cycle e.g. starters, leavers, promotions etc.

·       Undertake all necessary employment checks

·       Support in the administration of the Recruitment process, updating all internal and external platforms keeping up to date with current vacancies

·       Support in the administration of our learning platform, inVESt, including the probationary review process, InVESt conversations and training

·       Support in the administration of the Payroll and Pension process

·       The post holder is required to understand and demonstrate the ability to work flexibly for the benefit of the HR team and for the business and to take on new projects and initiatives that are considered to fall within the duties and responsibilities of the job role.

·       Work collaboratively with all levels of the business to support business vision and values.

·       Provide high levels of customer service to all Stakeholders

·       To be the primary contact and systems administrator for Bright HR and Real Time

·       Update SOP’s, Policies, Procedures and Employee Handbook where requested and keep the Quality Management System on SharePoint up to date

·       Administer reporting of the HR and Talent departments KPI’s

·       Administrate and Assist in all HR and Talent related training activities
